Return & Refund Policy

At Strongmetal, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. In the unlikely event of any issue, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair and transparent resolution process.

Eligible Conditions for Return & Replacement

Once an order is shipped, returns or replacements are only applicable under the following circumstances:

a) Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.

b) Incorrect Item Delivered

  • If an incorrect item is delivered, contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange to ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.

c) Missing Parts or Accessories

  • In case of missing components, inform us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will either ship the missing parts or arrange a replacement.

d) Warranty Claims

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty will follow the provided warranty terms.
  • For assistance, contact our support team. Please also refer to our Warranty Policy.

e) Exchange of Unused Product

  • If you wish to exchange a product due to color, size, or personal preference, it is allowed if:
    • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • The customer will bear shipping costs for both delivery and return pickup.

Important Notes

  • No monetary refunds for standard returns: Verified and approved returns are eligible only for replacement or store credit, usable on future purchases from Strongmetal.
  • In exceptional cases of refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Wear & tear during transit will be considered for replacement only if delivery acceptance guidelines were followed (e.g., inspecting the shipment at delivery).
  • Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, made-to-order items, final sale products, and blemished/clearance items are non-returnable.

Return & Replacement Process

  1. Notification:
    • Submit a return request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team or emailing us at sales@strongmetal.in.
  2. Verification:
    • Our team may request photos/videos of the product for verification.
    • If the issue is resolvable through technical assistance, we may arrange a video call session with our experts.
  3. Resolution:
    • If resolved via technical support, the product will not be eligible for return/replacement.
    • If unresolved, we will approve a replacement and arrange pickup within 2–3 business days.
  4. Acknowledgement:
    • Upon receiving your request, a service ticket will be generated. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with the proposed solution.
