At Strongmetal, we stand behind the quality of our fitness equipment and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty terms cover manufacturing defects under normal use and exclude damages caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

All warranties are applicable only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

General Warranty Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
• Finish deterioration, coating damage, corrosion, or rust caused by improper storage or maintenance.
• Negligent or faulty use (e.g., dropping equipment improperly or exceeding recommended load limits).
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

Barbells Warranty

• 1-Year Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in material, functionality, and workmanship.
• Lifetime Warranty: Covers bending (under normal use).
  
  • Warranty is void if the bar is damaged due to improper dropping (e.g., on boxes, benches, spotter arms) or use with insufficient/damaged bumpers or iron plates.

Plates Warranty

• Cast Iron Plates: 1-year limited warranty. Must not be dropped on hard surfaces (concrete/asphalt).
• Black & Color Bumper Plates:
  
  • 25KG/20KG/15KG/10KG: 2-year warranty.
  • 5KG: 1-year warranty (not to be dropped alone).
• Urethane Plates: 5-year warranty. Must not be dropped on unprotected surfaces or mixed with non-standard plates.
• Fractional Plates: 1-year warranty.

Dumbbells Warranty

• Urethane Dumbbells: 5-year warranty. Must not be dropped from excessive heights.
• T-Rex Adjustable Dumbbell:
  
  • 1-year manufacturing warranty.
  • 10-year construction warranty.

Platforms & Flooring Warranty

• Deadlift Rubber Mat: 1-year warranty.
• Basic Deadlift Platform: 1-year warranty. Must be placed on a level surface.
• Pro Deadlift Platform: 3-year warranty.
• NVR Platform:
  
  • Tubing & Corners: 3 years.
  • Foam, Wooden Deck, Rubber Tiles: 1 year.

Racks & Stands Warranty

• Gorilla Squat Stand: 5-year warranty.
• Gorilla Power Rack: 10-year warranty.
  
  • Must be assembled and used as per instructions.

Benches Warranty

• Stallion FID Bench:
  
  • Pads: 1 year.
  • Frame: 5 years.

Accessories Warranty

• Bumper Cart & Deadlift Mini Jack: 3-year warranty.
• T-Rex Jungle Trolley:
  
  • Construction Frame: 5 years.
  • Manufacturing Defects: 1 year.
• Aluminium Barbell Collar: 1-year warranty (construction only).
• Baboon Pull-Up System: 1-year warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Strongmetal customer support at sales@strongmetal.in with proof of purchase.
2. Provide photos/videos of the defect for assessment.
3. Approved claims:
   
   • Repair or Replacement will be arranged.
   • Defective parts/products must be returned to Strongmetal.
   • Customer bears shipping cost for sending defective items; Strongmetal covers shipping for replacements.
4. If issues are resolvable via remote assistance (e.g., video call), replacement will not be issued.

Important:

Failure to follow product usage and maintenance guidelines will result in voided warranty.
